ORDERING
Once you place your order, we will review it and put it through for processing. If we notice any missing information or anticipate any issues, we will get in touch with you to ask further questions. Otherwise the order will be prepared for you as advised.

Price
Your estimated payment is calculated as you place your order. When you enter credit card details, $1 is subracted from your account to confirm that it is valid account. As final weights may differ slightly from what you have ordered, once the final weights have been determined and costs tallied the total less $1 is subracted from your account. You will always be charged at the rate advertised at the point of ordering.  Please also be aware that you will pay the same amount for our products online as you will if you walk in to our Retail Factory Outlet in Mornington Tasmania. 


Quality Control 
Ashmore Foods Tasmania prides themselves on quality control once you have received your package please open it up and inspect your goods. If you are not happy with your product that you have received for any reason please give our friendly office staff a call straight away on 03 62443188 or send us a few pictures of your goods that you are unhappy with to admin@ashmorefoods.com.au and every step will be taken to rectify this issue for you in a timely manner.

Missing Items.
Once you have received your package and opened it up and you realise that there is an item missing and there is no reason for it on your receipt (E.g. out of stock) please give the office a call on 03 624431888 Monday to Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm or send us an email to admin@ashmorefoods.com.au and we will do our best to fix this for you.

DELIVERY
Local Delivery is done using Ashmore temperature controlled vans. We use an overnight courier for delivery for all other areas of Australia. As TOLL cannot deliver overnight to all of Australia, we only deliver to areas of Australia where this possible. This will be dtermined when you enter your postcode.  There is no such thing as door-to-door refrigerated transport Australia wide as yet. The service we use is fast but not refrigerated. We counter this by using specially designed packaging and ice packs.

Please make sure that delivery address & postcode are correct as we can not be responsible for non delivery due to an incorrect address. In the event of extreme weather or other events out of our control (eg civil actions, delivery vehicle breakdown etc) we can not be responsible for delivery delays.

PAYMENT
We accept payment online by Visa and MasterCard. Your payment is processed via a fully authorised Payment Service which ensures that all your information remains totally confidential.  Please also note that Ashmore Foods Tasmania retains ownership of the goods until payment has been received in full.

Ashmore Foods Tasmania reserve the right to Modify and update their Terms and conditions at any time without notice for this reason we urge you to take a look over the terms and conditions every time that you wish to place an order.
